If your requirements exceed standard project- or portfolio-management workflows — for instance complex integrations, highly specialized processes or advanced analytics — Orchestra might reach its limits. In that case, we would recommend evaluating more flexible or configurable alternatives (potentially including Planisware Enterprise or other PPM platforms).
As your partner, we (setec eocen.io) handle the setup and configuration, so your internal team doesn't need deep technical skills for a standard deployment. If you require more advanced integrations or custom workflows later, internal or external technical resources will be helpful.

Orchestra's customization capabilities are limited — you can adjust dashboards, define some business rules, add extra attributes, and use simple attribute-input pages (incl. tables), but deep customization beyond that is constrained.
After go-live, setec eocen.io stays on board: we support onboarding, training, user adoption, configuration adjustments, and ensure the system remains aligned with your business processes — so that Orchestra continues to deliver value over time.
Any AI copilots we provide through setec eocen.io are external modules — they are independent from your company data and do not operate on your live PPM data. Your project and portfolio data remains isolated, and is not exposed to the copilot services.
You may extend functionality through Planisware add-ons to enhance Orchestra's capabilities. However, as a turnkey PPM platform, there are inherent limits to scalability and feature growth – for significantly new or complex requirements beyond available add-ons, you may need to migrate or integrate additional tools.
