The challenge

AB Enzymes faced the task of fundamentally reorganizing its project and portfolio management. Previous structures were based on siloed solutions – MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and manually maintained dashboards. This heterogeneous tool landscape made work considerably more difficult. At the same time, the company had committed to doubling revenue and significantly increasing innovation capacity.
